Default Composite ARF Skydancer VS GP U Can Do

Any thoughts on the Composite Arf Skydancer? Has anyone flown it? It looks nice, but how does it compare to planes like the U-Can-Do-3D. Thanks...

Default sydancer and u-can do

I have flown the u-can do. Great 3d airplane. But knife edge and precision lines does not fly very well.
The skydancer looks like the total flight envelope.

I order one monday. Will have some input in 2 weeks.

once you get the skydancer together why done you let me know how you make the ailerons 1 servo setup to work. I have 25 deg up and 45 deg down. cant figure out how to even it out. Im going with a ys 63 on mine but I gave up on it for now.

My buddy has his Skydancer up and flying with good results. He is able to harrier/elevator it well ... looks pretty stable but he is a good pilot. He says that it does the rolling harrier better than his 33% H9 Cap or 33% Aeroworks Edge 540. It torque rolls well ... but has a very high rate of roll once it gets going. I did not ask him about the knife edge or other more precision type of maneuvers.

He has a Saito .72 in his. I bought a UCD because of the unknown performance of the Skydancer at the time ... just got my UCD up and flying. I haven't flown the Skydancer so I can't really make a direct comparison. The skydancer is considerably smaller in wingspan than the UCD, if SIZE matters! <grin>

Hopefully some of this helps ...
