Default Senior Telemaster Vert Stab Area Increase

Has anyone increased the size of thier vertical stabilizer? The ARF vertion just "looks" proportionally small......

No need to make the stab bigger but the rudder needs to be at least twice the size for good control in wind.

I enlarged my rudder by quite a bit. SO glad I did!

Hi guys...
I have built the Sr. Telmaster kit stock, and it fly's just great the way it is. I fly mine with a K&B .61, and this to me is the perfect match for this airframe. I've never had an issue with this model, not ever and I've flown it more then ten years.
Soft landings always,

Here's the standard and the enlarged...

I want to use floats as there's alot of water around this area and have read that it helps "presumably" to improve (or restore) yaw stability.

I guess I could make them removable and try them both.

The hibiscus decals were snagged at the local surf shop.
