Skylark 70, Pulse 60 or Calmato sport 60
All my sport planes are 40 size, so am thinking of getting a 60 size. Am considering the Pulse 60, Skylark 70 and the Calmato Sport 60. I have flown for many years so am capable of flying any of these three. Interested in any thoughts you might have as to the pros and cons of these particular planes (or other suggestions). Since I'm getting old and tired, I want an upright or sideways engine mount, Do not want a completely enclosed cowl. Can be tricycle or tail dragger, and glow powered.

I've only flown one http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=735474 so I can only comment on the Skylark 70 - Been flying it for 3-4 months and LOVE it...excellent choice in my humble opinion.

Just a suggestion. Check into the 4* 60. I've had a couple of them. They are the easiest flying most forgiving, most fun plane I've ever had. If you get the kit, they're an easy build & you can do a little bashing if you want.

RE: Skylark 70, Pulse 60 or Calmato sport 60
A buddy just flew his 60 size pulse today, and he let me fly it. Nice plane![8D]
Lots of wing area, easy to see, and I like the colors of the 60 size over the 40 size pulse.
I was there when he pulled it out of the box, everything was already done on it. Hinges glued in place, decals on, control horns mounted, he built his in about 4 hours.
No gluing required, tail bolts on, wings slides together on an aluminum tube.
Had a Super Tiger .75 and was a very good combo for this plane.
Made me want one but I just bought a Great Planes Cherokee 140 which is a very nice 40 size sport/scale plane.
