what Material have you made the baffling from..?

Thanks, the baffling is made from cardboard with grey silicone sealer for looks.

I have a blue one. I hope to fly it for the first time on the weekend. I have a Magnum 91 4 stroke on it so I hope it will be powerful enough.

I flew one with a TT120 ... was nose heavy but you need not bother to worry about power ... hehehehee ... totally fun. She is a really nice plane to fly.
