GP Stuka ARF needs Pilot and Gunner

Hello everyone !!!!!
First , I need to tell you guys that I am pretty new to the RC world. However, I am still a beginner.
I am trying to locate some pilots which I can put into my Stuka Ju87 .50
Anyone has a suggestion even to put in a cockpit rather having this ugly white cockpit look?
Here are my 3 questions to the pro's :
What scale pilots should I use????????
Where can I get some WW2 pilots (I dont want to put in those ugly ones which I have seen at a Hobby store)
How can I improve the cockpit look ?
As you can tell I would like to improve the look of this great looking plane. Any good ideas? Please help me !!!!!!!!

I don't personally have one, but I did see pics once where the pilots looked great and I kept a copy of it. See attached.
I think these pilots are Hangar 9 1/5 German WWII Pilots. They will need to be painted though, but the photo should give you an idea of what they can look like.

Now I got an idea what to do. Pilots really look great. Whoever finished that airplane did a great job.
