I'm looking at a cap 232 breitling arf. Can anyone give me the details on this plane? It seems to be made by Kyosho but is it discontinued? Would you recommend buying one and if so, what should I pay? Thanks!

if its a 40 size I'd put a 60 size engine in it,if it's the 60 size I'd put a 90 size engine in it. Caps fly better alittle over powered. I had a Kanke 60 size Cap 232 w/a 60 size engine. Had to put a 90 size motor on it because it was too heavy and had to fly the 60 size engine at full throttle all the time and it still felt under powered. The OS 90 was just the right engine. flew it all day long at half throttle.

So I found out that the instructions that the person is including are for a Kyosho CAP but this plane is actually made by LHK in China. I'm assuming that is a bad thing...or no?

IMHO the World Models CAP 232 is a better flying aircraft than the Kyosho CAP 232. Also the TWM CAP comes with a GRP cowl, the Kyosho one is some kind of ABS plastic.
As for engine, a four-stroke .72 or .82 is about ideal for both aircraft.
