Just got the new Cermark Pitts and it looks great. Looking at the elevator though, I was considering using the two servo cutouts in the rear of the plane for dual elevator servos instead of using one servo and a metal torque rod. Then I would put a single servo in the fuselage for a pull-pull system on the ruder. Anyone else done it this way?

I have the new Pitts on order and am planning to use a single rudder servo and two on elevator.
What are you using for power?

I have a new YS 1.40 sport to put in it. Hoping that will be enough. I'm guessing the airplane will weigh about 10 1/2 pounds when its done.

DKflyer, I had the old verison w/ a Saito 150 and all the servos in the middle fuse using the recomended (at the time) pull/pull setup. The plane was quite nose heavy which required about 3 oz of lead in the tail.
Assemble the plane w/out the elevator servos and balance it. If it's nose-heavy like mine was, by all means stick the elevator servos in the tail.
