Default Hangar 9 canopy

I have a ShowTime 50 and was going to fit the canopy and realised that the front of the canopy was sitting off the fuselage hatch with about an 1/8" gap. When trying to force the front down to decrease the gap it pushes up in other areas, its all out of shape. The question I want to know is how/if anyone has any soloutions to get the canopy to fit to the fuselage hatch with no gaps. Can Hangar 9 canopy's be heated or similar technique to fit flush?

Default RE: Hangar 9 canopy

I use a combination of canopy glue and then canopy screws to hold the canopy onto the wood, put the screws through the canopy into the wood.
