He guys i got this new arf from a guy who didnt think he was goin to put it together it was new in the box and even still had the plastic on the parts, looking it over i noticed the mounting hole in the fuselage for the servos but i can't find any in the wing, there is pictures of where they are supposed to go but they got cut off before showing the aileron sevos, i am trying to get the pictures from the manufacturer but if i cannot, how do you suggest i mount them, should i peel back some covering and make holders between two wing ribs them recover it? has anyone ever seen anything like this? any suggestions please

maybe the aileron servo cut outs have been covered over with the covering, take the wing outside into good daylight and see if you can see the slot cutouts under the covering. many arf models are done this way.

that must be a old plane. it took a while but out of curosity i found a website for those jr models. also hobby lobby use to sell them... i think?. that one,"top diablo" was not even listed. they showed only one a jr model. a cap 232 showing a picture of servo installation in the wing. it looked like a 2"x 2" square cut out in one wing panel. i could be wrong but it looks as though that jr only made a very few models. sorry i cannot help more.

the jr cap 232 is a electric. it was a review done on rc universe in august 2002. there is also a site reviewing a jr diablo 2000. type in your browser "jr models top diablo" it should take you to two links for these. i hope this isn't jr that makes radios

If you can't see through the covering, you can feel "through" it. Run you hands over the wing, pressing lightly. You'll feel where all the open areas are underneath. Search for one about the size of a servo.
