The answer is NO!! no uk stores have a pulse xt 40!!!
Is the XT 60 also good as a second plane to follow on from a trainer? I have found a few in the uk, and they are only £10 more (plus a new engine of course but to me new plane = new engine as I only have 1!!!
My choices for a 40 size are the black horse travelair, and thats about it (any other recomendations welcome, but these are the type of look I am after - prefer the pulse, but over two and a half times the price!!) so, stick witha cheap travelair until I am more comfortable then get something with a little more oomph, or get the XT??
No 4* please, I dont want to balsa bash just yet, need all my spare time to fly at the minute!!
Cheers!!

Thanks Bob, I will look into a 4* if thats the case (I hope they are available in the Uk!!)
The 60 size is ten a penny on this side of the pond, every shop tells the same story - no 40s, but we have the 60s!!
Now then, wait (for goodness knows how long) for a 40m, or get a 60 and a nice new engine??
