Is one of them Will Hobbys ? I've heard that Rich Model is just a branch of Will Hobby. If it is, I bought an"40" size Polecat (ARF) from them last fall. It seemed to be well built. The covering was in extremely good shape. Most everything went together, without any major problems. Had to put some glue here & there, normal for today's ARFs. The instructions were basically unusable. The only gripe I have about the plane is the canopy is cheezy. It flies well.

I have to tell you I had two WH Extra 330L's, 140 size and both of them fell apart in the sky. They were built with all dubro hardware and radio south hinges and they both crashed after two or three flights. The first one actually started to lose the covering on the right wing after the first flight. The second one lost one elevator half but i was able to save it. After repairing the elevator using extra RS hinges, it failed again causing it to slam the ground. I think they use inferior wood and covering. Maybe others have had better luck but I'll never buy another one.
