I love to build and fly ARF's. In one weekend I can both build it and test fly the same plane. I have tried kit but just seem to lose interest. So what one do you like the best? (Thinking of a new project) I like everything from FunFlys to Pylons. So if you have a chance to tell us about your favorite ARF.
thanks, chip

So far the World Models Intruder with an OS 90 4-stroke is my favorite ARF. I flew it for a few years and now sold it to a club member that is also enjoying this aircraft.
I am finishing up a H-9 25% Cap with Moki 1.8 and I hope its as good as the Intruder.

Thus far I only have 4 ARF's including my Avistar (trainer) which is up in the attic, the other three are the AW 90 size 540 T Edge the H9 Airesti and the WM Super Stunts 60. Since I have not really got the chance to fly my newest addition the edge I can't really say, but I am sure its going to be the Edge, however there are a lot more ARF's out there on the market so again I can't really say that what I have in my possession would be my favorite. I am going to take the big step and build a couple of kits. One was handed to me and the other I just purchased.
Kits are the Midwest - Livewire Beercat and the Lanier stinger 60.

I really like my World Models T-34 ARF.....Also, the Goldberg Tiger 2 ARF...very high quality. The Thunder Tiger Lazy Tiger P51 is a lot of fun too.

Loved my Avistar for a trainer. Sold it after 18 months of flying it.
Loved my model tech .25 sized extra for all out pucker factor aerobatics. And with an OS32 sx, would run for 8 minutes of scare the poop out of you. Plane is currently hanging up in the garage awaiting some refurb/repair. They are on sale now at hobby people for $79.99
Love my Magic 3d for slow speed aerobatics, hovering, and all out docile flying. With a TT36 heli motor and a 4 oz tank, can get 15 min flights routinely (can you say less than one gallon a month, flying 3 days a week?)
I guess it all depends on what you are wanting to do.

I've put together a few ARFs, Hanger 9 Cessena, GP Easy Sport, GP SpaceWalker and my favorite has got to be my World Models Clipped Wing Cub. Best quality, most complete, real good covering.

I've had a Hang9 1/4 scale Cap 232,have a Hang9 100" J3,and a Hang9 PT 19,and I must say my favorite is the PT 19 because of its stable flying characteristics. Its just a fun airplane with an OS120 in it that can do most aerobatics and then land like a low wing trainer.Best ARF I have flown..Steve

World Models Extra 300 120 size. Easy to put together, and the flight characteristics are outstanding. Of course I like the H9 cap 232 as well, but it has a few issuses to be addressed where as the extra is pure fun right out of the box!

The one that has taken the most punishment and has flown the most is my H9 Adv. 40.
I do love the looks of my P-51 in the air too.
The one that is excitement with wings is my WM Superchippy.

I agree, that Litte WM combat special is a blast! A breeze to toss together too.

Chipsta,
I was refering to World Models' Super Chipmunk 90S with a TT 91S four stroker. Sorry.
Everyone stops and stares at it's majestic beauty!

Nobody has mentioned the Yellow planes....what gives? I'm a huge fan of the 120-size CAP and Sukhoi as well as the new 60-size Giles and Sukhoi (although the smaller Sukhoi has got a funky color scheme).
The Yellow Sukhoi is my fav. No question.
I'm putting together a Morris ARF this week, but it doesn't quite make the Yellow quality.

PS: Someone mentioned the p-51...nice ARC/ARF. PaulC had one at the club fly-in this weekend and had a hard landing....which we caught on tape:
