Good chioce ARF for Fpe 1.3 Gas Engine
Hey I am "building" a FPE 1.3 enginengine (echo) and wanted to know what size ARF I should go with for this engine.I am thinking .60-.90 size maybe in the 7-9 lb range like the Hangar - 9 Pawnee,but was'nt to happy on the price.Any sugestions from nitroplanes.com or any kind of "stick" plane?

It would be interesting to see a "crop duster" with unlimited aerobatic performance, which is what you'll end up with!
That engine is in the 1.00 - 1.20 2stroke range of equivalent power, so putting it into a .90 aerobatic plane would be good, or a larger 1.00-1.20 scale plane.
The latter would provide more scale like performance w/o unlimited verticals.

What do you mean? Did you obtain the parts for it?
Have you purchased it yet?

yes I am "building" one as that I got an Echo 21.2 cc engine new from ebay for $20 and then got the stock muffler almsot new on 'bay for $9 which is REALLY light I might say.Got the carb mount for $3 which has the corect carb mounting position straight not at an angle.The I purchased a CRRC pro 26 electronic ignition and sensor with prop hub for the 45 engine all 3 pices shipped for $44 us dollars ign and sens by them selfs come out to only $37 in us dollars shipped. I have sent eng out to have a prop hub adapter made to fit the stock 45cc prop hub-it is different from the 45cc to my Echo engine.So I think it should work out very well as the FPE 1.3 IS an Echo engine just converted.I will post here my findings on the crrc igntion-best price i could imagine for an Electronic cdi ignition.I think it is made by Rcexel-I do not know for sure but it is an advancing unit.........and looks real close to the rcexel unit.
