Default Seagull Harrier 3D 90 questions...

Just bought a used Seagull Harrier 90 from an estate of a deceased modeler. It was used very little by all indications. It is equipped with a Saito 100 for power, JR 4735's on the ailerons, JR 4721's on the elevator halves, a JR ST-126MG on the rudder, Expert SL500 on the throttle, and is equipped with a 1700ma. 6V battery.

Is the installed servo equipment adequate for this airplane? Will the Saito pull well with a 16x4P APC prop? Is 15% nitro OK? Any advice on radio set-up? I have a Futaba 9CAP radio system...
