OK so I got VERY lucky and wound up aguiring a U Can Do 3D the other day for free!

Of course there was a catch, build another plane for the donor and the canopy is missing from my new aquisition.

Bummer eh?

So they way I see it, I can build it and fly it without a canopy.....or leave it in the box till September when Tower and Great Planes says they will have them back in stock.

Here's the question.

Does anyone have one of these they can part with or have a decent one from a crashed plane perhaps?

I would love to get this thing in the air this summer but it's gonna look really odd without a bubble on the top!

Don't worry about the canopy! Mine fell off during a flight and it doesn't fly any different. I haven't reattached it yet but have flown it a few more times. Sounds like you got a great deal!

try a sig P51 canopy or maybe I can have one pulled for you b4 I stick it on mine. I am here in Omaha also. Ru a Omahawk?

and you can always order factory canopy later-but at least you'll have something covering it now-WW
