Default Seagull Ultimate 46 CG

Just picked up a Seagull 46 Ultimate complete, just add battery and receiver and fly. I was told it has been flow 3 or 4 times. Looked on the net manual said cg should be 10-13 cm from leading edge top wing. Has anyone flown one of these or should I be able to rely the fact it has been flow before. I purchased from the shop so I didn't get to talk to the original builder / pilot/ owner.

How did your plane fly, I have a ys-63 on it but it's giving me to much torque.

I balanced up 1.1cm from front edge of top wing, flew great. Powered by a os 46ax prop 12 3/4 x 4 . I was told it was set up for good hover. Climbs great still learning the hover thing but love it. Good to hear there are more out their than I thought , the ultimate look good in the sky and I like the way they fly. Had to land on fast idle tends to slow down with the double wings all good. I dont know about the ys -63, g_mkoch what prop are you running? Would a bigger prop low pitch work?

I decided to save the ys for another airplane and put a 46ax i have. How much throttle do you need to hover.
Will try first with a 11 X 6 and see, but I believe that i have a 12 X 4 that might be uselful.
