The Evolution 36 engine is recommended
You might could use a 46 or 55 two stroke
And here is an article about using the Saito 56

And if you can put a 56 in the plane, you can put a Saito 62 in it just as well
The Saito 72/82 have the same mounting holes but are getting a little too big heavy and powerful for this airframe

I had an OS 46AX in mine. VERY little modification required (I dremeled down one corner if I remember correctly), very little extra weight required (compared to the Evo 36 for same CG), WAY too much power. No reason for any more power, besides trying to break the sound barrier. Vertical on it was ridiculous! Hovering DOD, I'd give it full throttle and aileron simultaneously and once I actually backed off because I was worried about it fluttering
.
That plane was fun!!

I've had an O.S. .46FX and currently have a Magnum .52XLS (2 stroke ) in mine. (Had to open up the engine bearers a bit for the .52 )
Any decent BB .46 like the O.S. or Thunder Tiger, Magnum, etc. is PLENTY of power. Mine will flutter the rudder while going vertical if I don't watch out...

Check out the Profile forum...do a search and you'll find a lot of info in the Tribute.
There are several mods that really should be done if you want it to live very long.
Just a couple:
I bolted AND glued the wing and canopy section on to stiffen the fuselage. (the fuse usually cracks on the bottom, just under the trailing edge of the wing )
I put taller and stiffer landing gear on mine (from a Morris the Knife )
