Default Extreme Flight 50cc Extra falling apart

I purchased one of these planes and Ive gotta say that they fly extremely well, very accurate and forgiving, but Ive also gotta say that in the pursuit of a light weight airframe, the aircraft just doesnt hold up. I have only around 45 flights on mine and already I have had to replace the cowl, after it started to split around the front very badly. now after only a few flights the new cowl is developing splits in the same area. The landing gear is weak as water and the airframe needs some sort of repair after almost every flying session, the glue just lets go in the fuselage.. Maybe I got a one off lemon. I cant fault the flying caracteristics, its really nice, but for the money these planes cost, I expected it to last as long as any other one of my planes, but Im sorry to say, "the thing is falling apart",,, And, "no",, not from pulling violent manouvers. I have cheeper planes that are just as good, but also hold together..... Has anyone else had similar issues with this plane?

being a arf you should really go over all the joints with super glue and epoxy

I think you did. I have the 88" yak and has well over 200 flights and not one problem. I also have the 110" and no problems there either. Give Chris a call or shoot an emailhe will take care of you.

Are you seeing a lot of vibration? Perhaps a vibration isolation mount is in order.

I went over the airframe with thin CA before I assembled it as I always do and it doesnt vibrate any more than any of my other 50cc planes... I just got back from flying and what do you know? I was hovering about 2 meters off the deck and my rudder stopped responding the plane pulled to the left and i just managed to avoid disaster, as I came in to land, it was crabbing to the left, but I got it down ok.. I pulled the canopy off it and found the rear aluminium wing locating rod came unglued and slipped into the fuselage and then jammed my rudder servo arm in full left position... Im so disapointed with this plane,, Id heard such good things about it, but I have had nothing but trouble with it, through no fault of my own.. Im at the stage now that I just want to strip it down and sell the airframe...
