Just picked up a KMP Super Chipmunk ARF.
Pretty good glass fuse, and sheeted foam wing.
It's set up for one ail servo, and I'd like to do one in each wing panel. I have never cut into a sheeted foam wing, and would like to know the best way to reinforce and mount my servos in a pre-built and pre-covered sheeted foam wing.
Thanks for any and all suggestions!

I've tried several different methods to mount servos in foam wings. Many people simply install rails in the wings and and put the servo in with the top of the servo sticking out of the wings or tails. While this works well, I prefer to hide my servos completely under hatches...looks much nicer and keeps oil and dirt off your servo.

I have CNC-cut carbon fiber servo hatch kits available. Email or PM me for details.
