Default Graupner 300s setup

This is my first low wing plane and I have some setup questions. I have tried to balance the plane both upright and inverted and it seems very difficult to balance. It will not balance like my old high wings. I can't quite seem to get it to balance, it just goes from one extreme to another. Also the tank in the kit is fairly small, if I put a bigger tank in how does that affect my balance? Is there any other setup things I should know that are not in the manual?
Thanks

Just tip it upside down and balance it like your high wing planes.

I put a much larger tank in mine and it fly`s just fine. The plane flys much better nose heavy. Its a nightmare to fly when tail heavy. Dont land the plane too hard, as the gear mount isn`t glued too well in. If you have too much elevator throw the plane will snap when looping.
