Default Help with stik radio setup

Hi, Ive got a 40 size Goldberg Wildstik, but for all purposes here I think I can compair it to the ultrastik for the radio setup.
The problem is that Im trying to program my Futaba 9 super using this as a guide http://www.futaba-rc.com/faq/faq-9c-q787.html ,
but for the life of me I cant figure out why the rt flap is going opposite of the rest of them when I active switch C in the down position.
Would some very kind soul be good enough to tell me EXACTLY what all the %'s needs to be in all the different mixings that is required. I just cant get it to all come together for some reason.
I will appreciate any help that is required to get this thing in the air tomorrow ( if the weather co-operates)
John
