Not a problem, as long as you adjust your cg, and don't feel you have to fly around at WOT all the time. Watch the torque on take-off (ease the throttle up, don't jam it). You should reserve full throttle for vertical maneuvers, up-line rolls, other situations where extra power is called for.

I've got a Saito 72 in mine and had to put the battery in the tail section for proper balance (without adding weight). You will be a little heavier. You also will need taller gear - TNTlandinggear.com has taller SE gear. See my attached pic - it shows where I opened the fuse to install the battery. I will re-cover when I get the cg perfect - I'm still moving it back. My total weight (dry) is 5.5Lbs. Your .61 should be awesome! Let me know how she flys!

Yep its OK. Saw 2 ole farts at the field with Magnum 61's in theirs. They thought they were hot snot until they saw mine just hovering with a YS-53 4s in it.
