From: Siloam Springs, AR,
I have a Sig S.E. and was wondering if there is a way to toughen up the wheel pants or maybe an aftermarket company that offers better pants than what comes with the plane?
I fly from a grass field and the pants only lasted about 5 flights before the left one broke.
I would appreciate any ideas that anyone might have on the subject.

I also fly off a grass field and mine have stayed on. I put on the
largest size tire that would fit and also raised the pant so that the bottom was about 1 1/4" off the ground. If you want to go
glass try www.fiberglassspecialtiesinc.com and match the length
and shape to the factory ones.
