What is the most popular 2 stroke engine of choice for owners of BH's 60 size T-28 sold by Hobby People? Also can the engine be slanted sideways to fit under the plane's cheek or is a pitts the way to go?

There's a huge thread running on this plane and we love it.
A lot of us use the saito 82a but there are other choices.
I mounted the saito side ways but you have to open the cowl a bit to clear the rocker covers. A pitts muffler would be fine but I chose a flex pipe.

I have a Tower .61 mounted sideways with the stock muffler and a cobbled up OS 12" muffle extension. I had to modify the built in notch to make the larger muffler fit. It all works great and I use a 12 X 7 APC prop flying at half throttle.
