I have quite a few vmars 2 appache 2 and an appache 3
coverings look fine to me the new stuff all printed no paste ons
is great no more wrinkles than anything else also a hot -rod
chipmunkwhich after 2 yrs took a hit (not planes fault) and\a
pc 9 I do bash kits change over the hardware wheels and
motor mounts sometimes to stick in 4 strks
the pc-9 is getting a saito 72 in it
I also just got their VAN-rv 4 will get a magnum 52 4 strk
it is one of the nicest planes i have the upright 2 stroke
installation looks like hell ruins the looks the mag 52 on its
side with that little muffler looking down looks a lot better
I did the same thing one the appache 3 and filled in the top
almost looks like a pilatus pc3b from windshield foward.
the hot rod can be viewed on the richmond rc web site
also have their AT6 still in box I have no gripes withg their
construction. I have always changed out the plastic clevises
to sullivan balsa control rods to fbrglass arrow shafts (not
a problem on vmar they use steels rods in tube guides I just
screw on sullivan 2 mm metal clevises.as long as the plane
is well built and looks good hardware swap is minor
every arf ! have needed a heat gun and iron to get out the
wrinkles even kyosho
