Default Assembling a Revolver...

Dumb Q-So I'm putting a Revolver together...and when I go to put the landing gear on it says to use flat washers and lock washers, meanwhile the pics just show the flat washers. If I use both, in what order do I put them on? Thanks.

Lock washer goes against the bolt head. I'd definitely use the lock washers. A little blue thread locker isn't a bad idea either.

Often I skip the lock washers and just rely on blue (non-permanent) threadlocker. But if you want to follow the instructions to a "T," yea, go ahead and use the lock washers and you cannot go wrong. And like ChuckW said, the lock washers always go onto the bolt first, then the flat washer.
