I have recently purchased a Hanger 9 Edge 540. When getting ready to epoxy the wing halves together, I noticed that to maintain identical incidence readings ( 2 Robart meters) that one wing half (trailing edge) has to be raised nearly 3/16".
This causes a rather large "step" at the center section where the halves meet. If I don't raise the one wing, then there is a 1 degree mismatch between halves. Should I not worry about this? My gut feeling is, do what's necessary to make it right, no matter how much work. This will be a practice 3D plane with an FPE 2.4
Thanks for any comments.
