Make sure you're not trying to upload a file over 500K, I'm not sure what their limit is but that's what I use an I don't have trouble. If I forget and try to upload a couple meg file it would do it.

If you run your photos through Photo Razor (Google it), they will be easy to attach and send in emails.

I reduced the size of the phots and the message said they were successfully uploaded but they are not in the message.
