It is starting to sound like alot of people are finally flying these things and liking them. Yours is further proof that the weight is not as big of an issue as everyone had thought. Maybe DP just needs a new scale. In any case, glad to hear it worked out for you Jerry. I must agree, this one is a keeper. cbk

I checked my 2/4 brison rpm to day. with a 20x10 prop it reads 6000 rpm. with a 18x10 it reads 7700 rpm. brison spects are prop size from 18x6 /18x10/20x10. is the 20x10 and 6000 rpm to much of a load on my 2/4; it flys good. the 18x10 and 7700 makes alot prop nois. need input.

I have a buddy that has a Brison 2.4 and he was getting 7900 out of a 20-8 Pro Zinger. Timing advanced 4 turns.
I have a Fox 2.4 with the timing advanced 3 turns and I was running the same prop at 7650. I just put a Mejlik 21-8 on it to slow it down. I have this engine in my H9 Cap and I love it.

The linkage that is attached to the timing ring. Open that one up. I would not do this until around 3 gallons or so. And I would not go more that 4 turns. This is only for the mechanical advance. Good luck. It does work.
