Default Plane for a CRRC 26cc engine?

Anybody have a plane in mind that I can put a CCRC 26cc engine in?
I would like it to be less than 250.00, this will be my first "gasser".
With Glow fuel approaching 20.00 a gallon..im opting for gasoline.
Thanx!

That all depends on what type of flying/plane your into. The CRRC 26 is quite light for a gasser. You can use it in most anything that calls for a 120fs. Mine is currently in a CMP cessna 182 and it really hauls it around. Seems to have a little more pop then the zen. 26

Did the engine fit nice in the cowl of the 182 or did you have to do a lot of cutting?
How did you mount it to the firewall?
I was wanting to put it into a scale plane such as the 182..and by the way how did it balance out for you?
Any pics of you're Cessna?

I have mine in a Seagull Spacewalker 120. Has way more than adequate power for that plane.

Just bought a CF26i also and am considering the CMP Cessna 182 140 as well. I'd be interested in how the engine fit and how it was oriented. I was thinking inverted, but who knows with that big ol carb hanging out there?
