Has anyone ordered from BH Models in Massachusets. I think they go under American Hobbies. I went on their web site and thought it was pretty low rent. There was no order form. If you wanted to order you could fax a piece of paper with all your info like credit card, ( Iget a little nervous sending my credit card on a fax) or place it over the phone to an oriental woman who spoke very poor english and she kept asking for my credit card first before anything else. It made me nervous so I hung up and figured I would ask here to see if anyone else has delt with them directly. I particularly like BH planes I have three and found the quality better than a lot of other ARF'S. I have gotten my BH Models in the past from Global or Hobby people but neither had the Katana 1.60 I was looking for. Just thought I'd ask here first. Thanks in advance

I like you had very little luck trying to make an internet or phone purchase from them. Called them about spare parts once as well, forgetaboutit!
That said when they used to attend the NEAT fair in upstate NY I had no problem buying from them. Cash and carry was a good thing.

I bought a wing from them and it got from Mass to SoCal in about 2 days. I used a credit card and there was not a problem. I did ask to talk about the parts with another representative when I was speaking to the Mrs.
George came on and all was well, I gave him the CC number on the phone.
