Bill a 219 moki would be good in a 40lb plane with 100 plus wing but not a 80in 15lbto 20lb plane also the t-34 did not have a radial engine. I have a 150moki in a 100in yak54 and it flys the plane a half thortle and its a 35lb plane. If you have a 215 moki check out some of the Holman plans kits. I am building a 102in T28 by Manoth scale for a 150 moki try a plane in that area.

Waaay overkill in my opinion. I saw a reveiw of one a while back in I think MAN and they only had a OS FX .61 in it which is the smallest recommended engine. You would have major balancing issues too. I had a Moki 2.10 in my TF P-51, but that is a much bigger, stronger frame. And much heavier. Can understand why you'd want to use the Moki though. There awesome engines. Just my thoughts.
UPDATE: I have since found that it was the Aug '04 issue of MAN. He did use a FX.61 which does seem like it would be underpowered, but doesn't mention how it flew it from what I read.

wr450 the moki/mark 210 is a single cyclinder engine about the size of a OS160.
i am going to put one in my hanger 9 miss america. you can put any engine in any plane if everything is set up to handle the extra weight and speed. There how ever is a fine line where the weight will over come the extra speed with a high induced drag with a higher AOA.
