I'm looking for a Maule. 1/4 or 1/3 scale. Has anyone ever seen one?

I've seen a Maule ARF that size from a manufacture in England but i can't recall the name.

They had some videos on YouTube so perhaps a search there might give you a lead.

i tried to buy this plane from Glen's Models a year or two ago. I even tried to suggest being a US distributor. He wouldn't sell me one, stated the cost of shipping would be to high, and oh by the way, the dollar to whatever currency they use exchange rate was unsatisfactory, so I gave up. I hope you have better luck.

Yeah it looks like they are asking about $600 or more not including shipping. Thats rediculous for that airplane.  I'm looking for something more scale.  I'll just have to keep digging but thanks for the info so far!

Ikon N'west makes, or made, a 1/4 scale M5-M6 kit. Not sure if they are still making kits or not but, if not, you may find one second hand out there somewhere.

My buddy Fred Guilfoyle built a Maule M7 off the Model Aviation plan, resized from 92" to 80", so he could run it on a 4s lipo pack. Turned out really nice! (and MUCH more scale than the Glen's Models version!)

Read about it here:

Now that was a very good building job! I don't think I'm quite ready for something of that extent as I have only built Floats from the kit form. Your friend did a very, very good job on that build!
