I have seen the Top Flite and Hangar-9 B-25's side-by-side and inspected them carefully.
Both have excellent quality and fly great.
The Top Flite is larger and has better scale features.
The H-9 is smaller, not as scale, but it costs less.

I have had the Top-Flite for about two years and am very happy with it. The build was flawless and flies great. Using two YS 63 glow engines which produce more than enough power. I can not comment on the Hangar 9 B-25, never have seen one.
