I'm thinking of a stick-type ARF for my next plane, and I have an os 61fx to go on it. The Hangar 9 ultra sticks seem nice, but I'm concerned that the 40 might be too small and the 60 might be too big for it. I've looked at the Great Planes Big Stick and the World Models Super Stunt, and I have the same questions -- Which one is the right size and which one is the best deal?

I have fitted my OS 61FX in my H9 ultra stick 40 in the past and it flew great.
In fact, I have flown it with the 91 FX which gets interesting!
The 40 size has a large wing area for a 40 size model, so the 61 is fine.
You might have to put some weight on the tail.

Have a Ultra Stick 40 with a Super Tigre 61 with Macs tunned pipe--Traded motor mount--Put Dave Brown mount and placed servos on the side 11 inches from the back--1/4 oz weight will balance out perfectly--1 oz on left wing to make up for the motor layong on the side--Run 11-7 APC prop and use the throttle back mode when looping--Other wise this is a Scat Kat
