Anyone had trouble getting the horiz stab to snap into position in the tail. I think if I try to force it balsa will fly! What did you do about it?
And yes I have heard all the bad things about this kit...its just the tail I have a prob with thanks.

Mine didn't come close to fitting in there; took a few hours of filing/ sanding to get it to fit, and even then there was a discrepancy in height between the stab and its saddle. Good luck!

Thanks Geoff,
I did the same...sand...fit...sand some more...fit. And the result is less than perfect as the top of the saddle and the fuse don't match up now. I had to take some material off the bottom because I noticed the incidence was waaaaaay off on the stab.
On another note so were the wings and in opposite directions so I am not surprised people had first flight problems with this plane. I got this plane as a gift and I think I'd be pretty upset if I had paid for it.
