There already is a thread going for it. Landing gear is junk but the plane is sweet and flies nice. I am on my 4th set of gear and wheel pants but the plane flies so nice I can't help but to keep wanting to fix it. I think my GeeBee has a magnet in the gear because I have hit 2 rocks at 2 seperate fields.....OUCH!!! Look up the larger thread, you will find all the information you might be looking for.

Put 2 flights on mine this week and it flys great. A little light on the wheels on landing it wants to balloon back into the air if all the excess airspeed isn't scrubbed off before touch down. I put a 120 brushless outrunner motor on mine and it flys nicely. The dummy engine rubs against my electric motor under full power on take off a little bit so thats going to get some bracing. Nice plane so far I like it and it turns heads for sure.

I wanted to note that the ad for the Seagull Gee Bee model labeled as an "R-1" has now been labeled a model "Z". Who made the change?
