Default E-Flite F-86 Sabre

Just finished up my E- Flite F-86 Sabre. Assembly went real well with the excellent instruction manual. Just waiting for the batteries and pilot. Hope the maiden flight goes well.

They recommend a 4 cell battery.

Was just looking at this plane at my LHS today at lunch. One of the nicest scale offerings I have ever seen from EF. I am thinking about gutting my BAE Hawk and getting this one.

It looks better than I was expecting. Really curious how the flying is.

That is beautiful! The finish on it looks great, sure beats the foam versions of these ducted fan jets. Good luck on the maiden flight.

Just picked up mine at the LHS. I plan on transferring the guts from my Habu into this plane. Just wish there was a good way to fit retracts to this little Jet.

We had 2 at out field. Both are now dust. Needs lots of room to get airborne, good luck on yours!

Any details on the transformation to "dust"?

Both models were lost on mis-shot landing attempts. Sounded like the model eats up a lot of space trying to get in. I have seen one fellow fly the new "pogo" pylon plane, and he lands that OK. Hard to imagine he gets thats in, yet could not land the 86?

YMMV.
