I've been looking for a Fun-fly plane that is good at aerobatics but still easy to land and take off. In other words, light wing loading and good slow flight characteristics. I new at glow and graduated from my trainer about 4 months ago. I flew a friends Magic (with a 46 engine) and was hooked. It was very easy to fly my first time out. I purchased an ARF Magic but I have a gripe! The plane itself is pretty good quality but the included hardware and connectors are, well, crap. The plastic servo connectors were so old they were yellowed and half of them were the wrong size. Hey, ModelTech, if you're going to include the hardware then put in decent stuff. I won't be flying this week-end because I didn't have enough back-up hardware. I know I will like the plane but this is probably my first and last from ModelTech.

Needs a decent pull-pull system on the tail feathers anyway. Throw the junk away and get a braided cable or Kevlar system. The Magic basic airframe is great for the money!
