Default Bird of Time

I've had a BOT arf- fibergalss fues- about 4 months, last weekend the wings folded at the top of the winch arch. The wing broke about 8" from the center where the balsa wood covering transitions to half the surface on the middle section. I'd like some input on how to beef up the arf wing, I think if the middle section is strong enough to take the torque from the end wing panels on a winch launch it would be a great bird. I'd probably done 30 winch launches with it over the past few months, the last one was about the same as the other launches but maybe a gust of wind hit just before release. I wasn't Standing on the pedal - just a tap tap as usual.

I'd like to strip the monocoat, and add sheathing or some kind of fiber reinforcement across both sides of the middle wing section, without adding too much weight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thanks, JW
