I was chacking out fun-keys website and there 30 size planes caught my eye. Anyone got any info on these, they look great and have fiberglass cowls, and almost have the same dimensions as many 40 models. Anyone have any either of the 3 if so how do they fly and what are you using for power. Thanks!

I have been looking at the 30 size Cap and Extra and they both look pretty nice, but I need more opinions on them before I purchase one. I have a 46FX that needs a home and these are nice looking planes!

I purchased the Fun-Key Sukhoi SU-31 back in February, Daleroger and myself assembled the major portion of it in one evening prior to leaving for Toledo, he was so impressed he bought the CAP 232 at the show. The instruction manual was complete and the English was surprisingly good. I mounted an OS 48 Surpass for power. For the price of $139.00 you can't beat the value and quality. The fiberglass and paint is flawless, the aluminum landing gear is painted to match the cowl. The cowl even comes with the air extractors. The only thing I chose to change was the control links (black plastic links supplied seemed prone to breakage), hinges (I prefer CA hinges) and the 2" wheels (too small for a grass field, I will try 2.5"). If it fly's half as good as it looks, I think it will be a real winner.

Has anyone flown the Extra300? I am trying to decide on the Fun-Key Extra and the World Models 30size Extra300. I have a 32SX that needs a home and I'm leaning towards the WM Extra after what Im reading about you guys flying the FK planes with 46 or bigger. Im not looking for a 3d machine my Edges and Ultimate do that I just need a home for a 32 and both kits look great.
Thanks

For the Fun-Key ARFs you need to contact Yellow Aircraft directly. To get a WM ARF you can go to http://www.winnerrc.com you wont find any better deals on the planes. All the 30size are pretty much the same price from both manufacturers.

Do the FK 30size planes have duel servos for the ailerons?? I see in their descriptions they say 5 servos which means 2 servos for Ailerons normally.
Thanks
