Default Sig Rascal

I want a Sig Rascal ARF. Anyone out there that has both or flown both the 110 and the 40? Is there any big difference in the flying characteristics between the two? I've got an OS70 for a 40 size or a YS110 for the 110 size.

A1,

The Rascal 110 is not being made anymore by Sig. I lost my Rascal 110 earlier this summer due to a problem with the TX. I was running a G26. Very nice flying plane. The 4 stroke that is being used the most around here is the Saito 180. We are having our second annual Rascal 110 fly-in on July 17 & 18. This fly-in is also for any high wing plane over 70".

I've been searching these forums and the internet for about a year now to see if anyone has ever made a Rascal Bipe. I can't find anything on this subject.
But if anyone is interested i just created one. It was a from a early model that was meant for electric power. Now the same size is called their nitro model (41" wing span). I had a second wing and have been kicking around the idea for about a year now. Well, two weeks ago I finish it. It flies pretty darn good, if I must say so myself....... I can go into further details if anyone is really interested?

It really isn't as tough as it may seem. If you have been building, repairing, and flying (especially bi-planes), for some time, it was more time consuming to think about how to do it than to just do it. If I was to do it again, which I may in a larger scale, there's a few changes I would make. I have been giving serious consideration of starting a new thread just on this model, if there was enough interest? I might try it this weekend. I would title it: Rascal Bi-plane. Then I could go into detail and not tie up this thread. Try checking for that new thread by this coming Monday or send me a PM and we could go from there.
