First off, sorry if this is in the wrong place but it seemed like the best place to put it.
Now, Can anyone possibly tell me what plane is in this picture? I know the color scheme is not the original. This will be the first thing that I change. I would just like to know what kit that it is so that I can find pictures of it from who made it to get ideas on covering it and know what to buy to finish it. An friend of mine gave it to me several years ago and I am just know getting around to working on it. (Oh yeah, I know the wheels are WAY to small. They are just what I had sitting around. I'll be putting larger ones on as I go)
Thanks in advance!

Don't know if it was kit built or maybe scratch built though?
