I have been looking at the 1/6 Clipped Wing Cub from both of those companies, Does someone knows what is the difference between them?

There is NO difference.

"The Wings Maker" is the U.S. distributor for Airborne-models.

opjose is correct, sort of ;) their the same company only World Models is the glow version and Wings Maker is the electric version, and sold here in the US by Airborne-Models
