I have been looking at the 1/6 Clipped Wing Cub from both of those companies, Does someone knows what is the difference between them?

There is NO difference.

"The Wings Maker" is the U.S. distributor for Airborne-models.

opjose is correct, sort of their the same company only World Models is the glow version and Wings Maker is the electric version, and sold here in the US by Airborne-Models
