i am trying to design a r/c dirtbike for race just like the cars. I just wanted to know if someone can help me with gyro placement, models, and anything else. I am new to the whole gyro thing... so any help or explination of how it would work would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a ton.

Unfortunately you are in the wrong section of RC Universe. This forum is for `autogyros`, which are rotating wing flying machines, with non powered rotors. Hope you sort out your dirt bike problems OK. Colin

anyway, for the gyro.
If it would be of any help:
I have an R/C dirt bike. (from nikko RC, so RTD -> ready to drive
)
And the gyro-system is quite simple:
It is simply a big piece of metal that turns a lot inside the back wheel in order to keep the bike straight. So an older gyro-system. For heli's at least. I guess for a dirt bike it is still pretty new. Works good to.
(don't know or this was what you where looking for)
