Default is it an autogyro?

the owner told us, that the engine (100ccm go-cart engine) had a lack of power (fortunately), so that it was not possible to do marvelous flights. the power was good for 3meters jumps only. (otherwise the pilot wouldn´t survive ?)

seen at Wels (Austria) 2002

No, Its a twin rotor coaxial helicopter. I beleve its a contemporary version of a design that plans were sold for widely back in the fiftys in the old popular science magazine. I happen to remember because I still have a set of the plans buried in the hanger somewhere. The plans showed a version with the harness like that and one with a simple tripod gear and a bicycle seat. Memory is vague but I think back then it was call Hoppicopter or something of that nature.
