I am having alot of trouble setting up my new gyro for my heli - what are the basics for knowing when to turn up or down the gain of a gyro??

This is a gyro forum, as in Gyrocopter. You would most likely get more correct reponces to how to set up a gyro in a heli on the heli forum. ;)

Hi John,

You can turn the gain up until the the tail starts to wag or hunt, as the call it, on your heli. With the heading lock gyros, I like to run the gain high so they really lock in.
