I am having alot of trouble setting up my new gyro for my heli - what are the basics for knowing when to turn up or down the gain of a gyro??

This is a gyro forum, as in Gyrocopter. You would most likely get more correct reponces to how to set up a gyro in a heli on the heli forum.

Hi John,

You can turn the gain up until the the tail starts to wag or hunt, as the call it, on your heli. With the heading lock gyros, I like to run the gain high so they really lock in.
