Default HELP!! I'm a first-timer!

I just got a TC3 electric and I'm not 100% sure on what to do about charging the battery. I know the first time you charge you should do it for 15 hours, but if you don't take the battery off the charger exactly 15 hours later, does it hurt the battery? And when I'm racing, do you know approximately how long that charged battery will last and when I recharge it what amp should I charge it on and for how long? Thanks for answering all my silly little questions that I should probably know....

Oh I guess I should probably tell you that the charger is an IntelliPeak Pulse Charger and the battery cell that I have is a Trinity 2000.

If its a 2000 ma/h battery charge it at C/10 (200ma/h) and no...if you go past 15 hours it shouldn't hurt the battery. This charge rate for forming is safe for indefinate charging but your better off putting your packs on appliance timer for an hour every day at C/10 to keep them topped up.
